Overview
You own the entire order building process for a high-volume food distribution center in Lenexa, KS, pulling and stacking products for Canteen clients. You work in a temperature-controlled environment with extended exposure to cold, alongside a bilingual team. What You'll Do8
- 1Pull and stack products using smart technology that tells you exact quantities to grab.
- 2Discard damaged or uneatable items before they reach the cart.
- 3Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout your shift.
- 4Work five days a week, including weekends, on the evening shift from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
- 5Maintain accuracy in order building to meet client specifications.
- 6Navigate the cold storage area efficiently to meet order deadlines.
- 7Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are completed on time.
- 8Follow safety protocols in a cold environment, including proper lifting techniques.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of picking or order building experience.
- 2Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
- 3Stand and walk for the full shift, lifting up to 50 lbs..
- 4Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
