- 5Manage office inventory and coordinate supply orders
- 6Ensure HIPAA compliance for all patient data
- 7Ship documents and verify receipt of medical supplies
- 8Drive improvements in appointment scheduling efficiency
- 9Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms
- 10Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for surgical center operations
Requirements8
- 15+ years building patient intake systems with Microsoft Office
- 2WinOMS or equivalent EHR software experience required
- 3Medical terminology proficiency for one year
- 4Computer skills proficiency for one year
- 5Customer service experience for one year
- 6Billing experience for one year
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Medical/dental billing preference listed
