What You'll Do9
- 1Design and ship Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions ensuring client satisfaction
- 2Configure and optimize upstream downstream HR processes including conversions and integrations
- 3Provide technical leadership guiding projects from planning through post-implementation support
- 4Act as subject matter expert translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions
- 5Manage and mentor Oracle Cloud professionals fostering collaborative environment
- 6Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
- 7Facilitate design workshops for end-to-end Core HR processes with stakeholders
- 8Support testing cycles and execute cutover activities for go-live preparation
- 9Travel varying percentages based on business needs and client requirements
Requirements10
- 1Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources
- 2Minimum 8 years experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with Core HR emphasis
- 3Minimum 8 years experience delivering Oracle transformation projects
- 4Experience leading three full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 5Minimum 2 years as Technical Delivery Lead focused on Oracle Cloud technologies
- 6Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12 years work experience
- 7Bonus points for industry sector proficiency or additional Oracle Cloud certifications
- 8PMP certification preferred
- 9Cross-functional exposure to HCM modules
- 10Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS
