Oracle HCM Cloud Advisory Lead
Overview
You will own the HR transformation agenda for enterprise clients, advising CHROs, CIOs, and HR leaders on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM strategy. Your work shapes the operating model, employee experience, and process modernization across global organizations. You will lead a cross-functional team of HCM consultants and Oracle specialists, reporting to the Practice Director. This role stands apart by blending executive advisory with hands-on architecture and delivery. You will drive change at scale from day one.
What You'll Do9
- 1Define the HR transformation roadmap for enterprise clients, aligning Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with business priorities.
- 2Lead stakeholder workshops with CHROs and HR leaders to capture current state and design future state for Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- 3Architect end-to-end solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Workforce Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- 4Guide clients through HCM operating model redesign, connecting technology to organizational change.
- 5Drive adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM best practices, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and BI tools.
- 6Mentor a team of HCM consultants, fostering technical excellence and solution design rigor.
- 7Deliver executive-ready presentations and status reports, translating complex architecture into business outcomes.
- 8Collaborate with Oracle product teams to influence roadmap and resolve critical issues.
- 9Own the solution design for integrations with Oracle Cloud and third-party systems, ensuring scalability and security.
Requirements8
- 110+ years in HR technology consulting with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- 2Proven advisory track record with C-level stakeholders in HR or IT.
- 3Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, and Benefits.
- 45+ years leading full-lifecycle HCM transformation projects.
- 5Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture, including HCM Data Loader, HDL, PBL, and OTBI.
- 6Experience with SQL and BI Publisher for reporting and analytics.
- 7Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field; Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred.
- 8Ability to travel up to 50%, including to Jersey City and Dallas client sites.
