Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, Core HR & Integrations
Overview
You will own the design, build, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting for public sector clients. You join a team that transforms HR functions with AI and emerging technology, serving government and education institutions with 10,000+ employees. What You'll Do6
- 1Design and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, and data mapping.
- 2Execute data conversion activities: extract, cleanse, transform, load, reconcile, and support cutover from legacy systems.
- 3Gather reporting requirements and build operational and compliance reports, validating data quality and usability.
- 4Coordinate with technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting.
- 5Support testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- 6Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations, and escalate risks as needed.
Requirements8
- 12+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
- 21+ years supporting or leading integrations for a full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
- 3Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 4Bachelor's degree.
- 5Travel up to 50%, on average, based on client and industry needs.
- 6Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
- 7Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in government or public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees (preferred).
- 8Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred).
