Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, Core HR & Integrations
Overview
You will own the design, build, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for large-scale public sector clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive end-to-end solutions that transform HR operations. This role offers the chance to work with Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice, impacting 10,000+ employee environments. Ultimately, you will bridge legacy systems to modern cloud solutions, enabling accurate and complete data migration.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and build technical integrations across Oracle HCM Cloud and connected systems, including inbound/outbound interfaces and middleware coordination.
- 2Lead data conversion activities, from extraction and cleansing to transformation and load preparation, ensuring accurate migration from legacy systems.
- 3Support the reporting workstream by gathering requirements and developing operational and compliance reports with validated data quality.
- 4Coordinate with technical teams to track risks and dependencies across integrations, conversions, and reporting, while supporting testing and go-live.
- 5Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, and reporting, escalating risks or issues as appropriate.
- 6Contribute to end-to-end validation and post-production stabilization of Oracle HCM solutions.
- 7Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements8
- 12+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
- 21+ years supporting or leading integrations for a full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
- 3Ability to obtain and maintain required Public Trust clearance.
- 4Bachelor's degree.
- 5Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
- 6Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- 7Preferred: experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in large-scale public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees.
- 8Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certified.
