Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, Core HR & Integrations
Overview
You will design, build, and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for public sector clients. You will join Deloitte's Human Capital team, working with federal, state, and local governments to transform HR with AI and emerging technology. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies, and issues across full-lifecycle implementations. This role stands out for its focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and the opportunity to support large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design and build technical integrations across Oracle HCM Cloud and connected systems, including inbound and outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
- 2Lead data conversion activities, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, load preparation, reconciliation, and cutover support for migration from legacy systems.
- 3Drive the reporting workstream by gathering requirements, developing operational and compliance reports, and validating data quality and usability.
- 4Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations, and escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
- 5Coordinate with technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting, and support testing and go-live.
- 6Support post-production stabilization and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Requirements8
- 12+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
- 21+ years supporting or leading integrations for a full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
- 3Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 4Bachelor's degree.
- 5Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on client needs.
- 6Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- 7Preferred: Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees.
- 8Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
