What You'll Do8
- 1Design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems.
- 2Build inbound and outbound interfaces, including data mapping, middleware coordination, and integration documentation.
- 3Drive integration testing, defect resolution, and end-to-end validation activities.
- 4Execute data conversion tasks: extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and cutover preparation.
- 5Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams to align dependencies and support project requirements.
- 6Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, action items, and technical deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- 7Support deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities following Deloitte delivery methods.
- 8Partner with senior analysts to refine integration strategies and ensure quality standards.
Requirements8
- 11+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
- 2Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for the role.
- 3Bachelor's degree.
- 4Availability to travel up to 50% on average.
- 5Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- 6Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in large-scale, multi-stakeholder public sector programs (preferred).
- 7Experience in government and public sector implementations (preferred).
- 8Oracle HCM Cloud certified (preferred).
