Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst, Core HR & Integrations
Overview
You will own the technical delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for large-scale public sector clients. You will design and build interfaces that connect HR systems with enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration requirements with business needs. This role offers exposure to Public Trust cleared projects and the chance to drive HR transformation with AI and emerging tech. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems.
- 2Develop inbound and outbound interfaces, including data mapping and middleware coordination.
- 3Create and maintain integration documentation and technical deliverables.
- 4Participate in integration testing, track issues, and resolve defects.
- 5Support data conversion activities, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading.
- 6Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams to map dependencies.
- 7Document project status, risks, and action items throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- 8Support deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization efforts.
Requirements7
- 11+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
- 2Bachelor's degree required.
- 3Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
- 4Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
- 5Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.
- 6Preferred: Experience across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees.
- 7Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
