This techno-functional leader partners with HR Compensation Talent Recruiting Payroll IT and vendor teams. The ideal candidate has deep Oracle HCM Cloud experience and can drive outcomes within 90 days.

- 1Lead development of Core HR Absence Management and Recrui modules
- 2Design scalable solutions using Python and AWS
- 3Own Kubernetes deployments for HCM services
- 4Drive CI/CD pipelines with React and Kubernetes
- 5Debug complex integration issues between HCM and external systems
- 6Scale automation frameworks to handle enterprise workloads
- 7Ship features that improve employee onboarding experiences
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables
- 9Maintain documentation using BCBA certification standards

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cloud migration projects
- 3AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
- 4CPC Card certified professional
- 55+ years implementing Python based microservices
