What You'll Do8
- 1Support design build and delivery of technical integrations and reporting activities across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 2Assist with cross-functional impact analysis across HR security and reporting systems
- 3Execute integration design and middleware coordination data mapping and end-to-end validation
- 4Contribute to data conversion processes including extraction cleansing transformation and reconciliation
- 5Support reporting workstream by developing operational and compliance reports
- 6Coordinate risk tracking dependencies and issues during integration conversions and reporting
- 7Ensure accurate migration from legacy systems through thorough data validation
- 8Deliver consulting services focused on HR strategy and technology transformation
Requirements6
- 12+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
- 21+ year experience supporting full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 3Public Trust clearance requirement
- 4Bachelor's degree
- 5Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- 6Legally authorized to work in the United States
