- 1Support design build delivery of technical integrations data conversions reporting activities
- 2Assist with cross-functional impact analysis across HR security reporting and integrations
- 3Coordinate integration design execution including middleware coordination data mapping
- 4Contribute to data conversion processes extraction cleansing transformation load preparation reconciliation
- 5Support reporting workstream gathering requirements developing operational compliance reports
- 6Validate data quality usability stakeholder needs during migration from legacy systems
- 7Track risks dependencies issues across integrations conversions reporting post-production stabilization
- 8Deliver consulting services aligning with Deloitte Government & Public Services practice
- 9Obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for sensitive government work
Requirements10
- 12+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
- 21+ year experience supporting full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 3Public Trust clearance required
- 4Bachelor's degree
- 5Ability to travel up to 50% average based on client assignments
- 6Legal authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
- 7Experience with AWS Certified technologies
- 8Proficiency in Kubernetes container orchestration
- 9Expertise in React frontend frameworks
- 10Knowledge of Spark big data processing platforms
