What You'll Do7
- 1Support design build delivery of technical integrations and reporting activities across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 2Assist with cross-functional impact identification and risk escalation across HR security and integrations
- 3Coordinate integration design execution including interfaces middleware coordination and data mapping
- 4Contribute to data conversion activities such as extraction cleansing transformation and reconciliation
- 5Support reporting workstream by gathering requirements and validating data quality
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks and dependencies during integrations and reporting
- 7Drive end-to-end validation and post-production stabilization for migration projects
Requirements8
- 12+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
- 21+ year supporting or leading Oracle Cloud HCM full-life cycle implementation
- 3Public Trust clearance requirement
- 4Bachelor's degree
- 5Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- 6Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 7Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 8Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud

$100 - $198k per year
