What You'll Do6
- 1Support design build delivery of technical integrations data conversions and reporting across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 2Identify cross-functional impacts across HR security reporting and integrations escalate risks appropriately
- 3Contribute to data conversion activities including extraction cleansing transformation load preparation reconciliation and cutover support
- 4Assist in developing operational and compliance reports validate data quality usability and stakeholder needs
- 5Coordinate with technical teams to track risks dependencies and issues during integrations conversions and reporting
- 6Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
