What You'll Do9
- 1Support design build delivery of technical integrations and reporting activities across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 2Assist with cross-functional impact analysis for HR security and integration dependencies
- 3Execute integration design and middleware coordination for end-to-end validation
- 4Lead data extraction cleansing transformation and reconciliation for legacy system migrations
- 5Develop operational compliance reports and validate data quality across stakeholder requirements
- 6Coordinate risk tracking and issue resolution throughout testing deployment phases
- 7Maintain Professional relationships while managing multiple urgent priorities
- 8Prioritize tasks effectively in dynamic high-pressure environments
- 9Deliver results aligned with enterprise-wide workforce optimization goals

- 1Obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- 2Bachelor's degree
- 3Travel up to 50% based on client assignments
- 4Legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship
- 52+ years Oracle HCM Cloud technical solution delivery
- 61+ year experience supporting full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- 7Experience in government/public sector large-scale deployments
- 8Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred
- 9Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
- 10Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
