What You'll Do7
- 1Design and deliver technical integrations and data conversions for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

- 4Lead extraction cleansing transformation and reconciliation efforts for legacy migrations

- 7Own reporting workstreams ensuring accuracy and usability of workforce analytics
Requirements11
- 12+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
- 21+ year experience supporting full‑life‑cycle Oracle Cloud HCM integrations
- 3Public Trust clearance valid for employment
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5Ability to travel up to 50% of project time
- 6Experience with AWS Certified solutions preferred
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
- 9Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes and React frameworks
- 10Familiarity with Spark and Airflow for data pipeline development
- 11Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
