What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deliver technical integrations and reporting activities for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 2Assist with cross-functional impact analysis across HR security and reporting systems
- 3Support data extraction cleansing transformation and load preparation processes
- 4Coordinate testing go-live and post-production stabilization activities
- 5Gather requirements and develop operational compliance reports
- 6Validate data quality and usability for stakeholder needs
- 7Track risks dependencies and issues across integrations and reporting streams
- 8Manage multiple tasks in fast-paced dynamic environment
- 9Maintain professional relationships and communicate effectively
- 10Meet deadlines while collaborating with diverse technical teams
- 11Support reporting workstream development and operationalization
Requirements11
- 12+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
- 21+ year experience supporting full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- 3Public Trust clearance authorization
- 4Bachelor's degree
- 5Ability to travel up to 50% average hours
- 6Legal ability to work in United States without sponsorship
- 7Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred
- 8Experience with government public sector implementations
- 9Knowledge of AWS cloud services
- 10Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture
- 11Proficiency in React framework
