- 1Facilitate requirements and design workshops aligning with client goals and compliance standards
- 2Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery execution
- 3Anticipate cross-functional impacts across HR security reporting payroll and finance dependencies
- 4Direct cross-functional teams across functional technical integration and testing workstreams
- 5Partner with public sector stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions
- 6Lead end-to-end implementation including planning design configuration testing and post-go-live stabilization
- 7Apply working knowledge of integrations security reporting payroll and benefits to guide solution decisions
- 8Manage change management cutover training and transition to steady-state support
- 9Provide clear guidance to others and maintain professional relationships
Requirements7
- 15+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions with proven leadership of full life cycle implementations
- 21+ year leading Time & Labor or Absence module implementation in Oracle HCM Cloud
- 3Public Trust clearance authorization
- 4Bachelor's degree
- 5Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- 6Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 7Experience in government public sector implementations preferred
