Requirements7
- 15+ years experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.
- 2Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management.
- 3Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred.
- 4Knowledge of LLMs and enterprise GenAI architecture.
- 5Experience with Azure OpenAI and OCI AI Services.
- 6Familiarity with HR analytics and predictive workforce planning.
- 7Exposure to Healthcare or Financial Services industries.
