Requirements10

  • 15+ years building OPEX strategies with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
  • 35+ years experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • 4Engineering degree from a related field
  • 5Manufacturing or operations background with continuous improvement experience
  • 6Regulated manufacturing environment familiarity preferred
  • 7Strong analytical skills using tools like Minitab
  • 8Certified in Project Management best practices
  • 9Proven track record of driving operational efficiency
  • 10Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
