Requirements10
- 15+ years building OPEX strategies with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
- 35+ years experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- 4Engineering degree from a related field
- 5Manufacturing or operations background with continuous improvement experience
- 6Regulated manufacturing environment familiarity preferred
- 7Strong analytical skills using tools like Minitab
- 8Certified in Project Management best practices
- 9Proven track record of driving operational efficiency
- 10Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
