Operations Manager, QuickBooks & UPS WorldShip
Overview
Own warehouse operations and order processing at scale, coordinating shipping, inventory, and clerical support in an on-site Phoenix facility. You will manage data entry, packing, carrier claims, and weekly inventory counts while collaborating with sales and warehouse staff. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and process shipments and invoices using QuickBooks and Outlook to ensure accurate customer billing
- 2Ship orders and prepare outgoing shipments with UPS WorldShip and LTL carriers
- 3Count and report weekly warehouse inventory and investigate discrepancies with the Operations Manager
- 4Coordinate with staff to resolve shipment related issues and filing carrier claims for damages
- 5Unpack and receive incoming inventory shipments and maintain orderly warehouse records
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of office clerical experience
- 2Experience in a shipping department is desirable
- 3Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform light physical tasks daily
- 4Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and basic QuickBooks
- 5Strong organizational and time management skills and clear English communication
