What You'll Do8
- 1Lead daily operations activities across gym teams
- 2Shadow managers to learn leadership practices and oversee team collaboration
- 3Support member requests and inquiries with high-quality service
- 4Assist in scheduling, reporting, and data analysis to improve operational efficiency
- 5Contribute to sales initiatives including memberships and upselling
- 6Uphold equipment and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe, welcoming environment
- 7Participate in onboarding programs and hands-on learning modules
- 8Step into acting managerial roles for a shift under supervision
Requirements5
- 16+ months in a leadership role preferably in fitness or customer service
- 2Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
