What You'll Do11
- 1Drive Business Results: Achieve daily lead conversion and new member retention goals
- 2Manage retail inventory to meet profitability targets
- 3Teach suggestive selling techniques and monitor sales achievements
- 4Ensure inventory records are maintained and shortages are properly documented
- 5Partner with Director of Retail and Revenue Development on inventory standards
- 6Work with Welcome Desk Team to provide necessary tools and resources
- 7Collaborate with General Manager on financial performance reviews
- 8Deliver member experience through welcoming and engaging interactions
- 9Maintain safe and clean club environment using company tools
- 10Proactively interact with members to gather feedback
- 11Lead by example in operational excellence and team guidance
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 21-2 years management experience
- 3Understanding of fitness equipment and personal training
- 4Strong oral and written communication skills
- 5Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- 6Bilingual skills preferred
- 7CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days
- 8Alcohol/Food certification required at applicable locations
Salary Insight
$22 - $24k per year
