What You'll Do11
- 1Get to know each member and share In-Shape’s fitness philosophy
- 2Provide membership options and recommend suitable plans
- 3Assist new members with the FitStart program
- 4Help prospective members download the mobile app
- 5Give detailed club tours highlighting amenities and programs
- 6Stock sell and recommend retail items aligned with fitness goals
- 7Respond promptly to member requests and complete membership changes
- 8Build community through welcoming interactions and exceeding expectations
- 9Follow the In-Shape Clean Approach and adhere to safety policies
- 10Maintain a safe environment during pool and slide monitoring
- 11Perform additional tasks as needed across the club
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Passionate about fitness and helping others
- 3Basic fitness and sales experience
- 4Excellent communication and listening skills
- 5Demonstrated customer service experience
- 6Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- 7Bilingual skills are a plus
- 8Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- 9First Aid Training required at clubs with pool slides
- 10Willingness to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
