Overview
Raydar, a Series A enterprise AI company, seeks its first dedicated operations and compliance leader to establish a robust compliance function while scaling enterprise go-to-market execution. This role integrates compliance, security coordination, GTM enablement, and finance operations. Candidates will work onsite five days weekly in San Francisco or New York.
What You'll Do7
- 1Own and build the compliance program across SOC 2 HIPAA ISO 27001 PCI DSS and related frameworks
- 2Accelerate enterprise deals by managing security reviews and vendor questionnaires
- 3Design and automate operational processes using AI and LLM tools
- 4Coordinate security finance go-to-market and other cross-functional workstreams
- 5Reduce manual compliance work through improved systems documentation and automation
- 6Define a meaningful portion of the role based on evolving company needs
- 7Build the operating rhythm for a new function in a fast-growing environment
Requirements8
- 1Experience in product strategy management consulting or startup operations with direct exposure to payments accounting or insurance
- 2Top tier management consulting background or founder experience at Seed to Series C
- 3Track record taking a new product or market from zero to one and owning outcomes
- 4P&L ownership or M&A and diligence experience across banking private equity venture or corporate development
- 5Bachelor's degree from a top tier university
- 6Bonus points for MBA or elite management consulting pedigree
- 7CPA or hands-on payment processing experience
- 8Comfort demoing technical products to enterprise buyers
