What You'll Do7
- 1Build the compliance program for SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS from scratch.
- 2Accelerate enterprise deals by managing security reviews and vendor questionnaires.
- 3Design and automate operational processes with AI and LLM tools to reduce manual compliance work.
- 4Coordinate security, finance, go-to-market, and cross-functional workstreams.
- 5Improve documentation and systems to streamline compliance and operations.
- 6Define and evolve the role as company needs change.
- 7Establish the operating rhythm for the new compliance and GTM function.
Requirements8
- 13-7 years in business operations, consulting, compliance, or chief of staff roles.
- 2Hands-on exposure to SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
- 3Experience at a high-growth Series A to Series C startup or top-tier consulting.
- 4Proven track record taking a product or market from zero to one.
- 5Active use of AI or LLM tools to automate repetitive work.
- 6Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- 7Willingness to work onsite in New York (4-5 days/week).
- 8Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
