Overview
Full time RN supporting VA Northern California Health Care System in Martinez, CA. Monday Friday shift 7am 330pm. Competitive pay $75 hour $3000 weekly Benefits available.
What You'll Do7
- 1Collaborate with small OR staff to prepare patients equipment and operating room
- 2Monitor patients during surgeries and respond to condition changes
- 3Document patient care accurately in EHR
- 4Maintain compliance with VA policies safety standards and infection control
- 5Support minor outpatient surgical cases across multiple specialties
- 6Perform moderate sedation and circulate in GI procedures
- 7Float to perioperative areas including GI suite pre operative and PACU recovery
Requirements6
- 1Current unrestricted RN license
- 2Minimum two years consecutive OR experience
- 3Current AHA BLS certification
- 4Current AHA ACLS certification
- 5Selective Service registration if male born after 1959
- 6Ability to lift push pull equipment per safe handling guidelines
