Requirements10
- 1Minimum 1 year of direct OR nursing experience
- 2Valid California State Healthcare Provider license
- 3Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- 45+ years of progressive clinical experience
- 5Proven leadership abilities in fast-paced settings
- 6Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
- 7Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 8Commitment to continuous professional development
- 9Experience with modern anesthesia monitoring equipment
