What You'll Do11
- 1Assess plan and evaluate patient needs prior to operative procedure

- 3Support surgeons throughout procedural phases

- 5Maintain sterile environment and prevent breaches
- 6Coordinate OR logistics regarding equipment and supplies
- 7Manage specimen handling and transport
- 8Serve as primary discipline coordinator for comprehensive care
- 9Document patient conditions accurately using electronic systems
- 10Ensure correct patient identification and procedure verification
- 11Respond to emergencies following established protocols
Requirements11
- 1Graduate of accredited nursing program with active RN license
- 2Three years OR experience preferred
- 35+ years experience with anesthesia equipment
- 4Spark and Airflow proficiency
- 5CPC Card certification
- 6BCBA credential
- 7Current CPR certification
- 8Ability to operate under pressure
- 9Strong communication skills
- 10Commitment to patient safety
- 11Cultural competence in diverse patient populations
