Overview
Own operational excellence for a non medical private pay home care agency handling administrative, billing, and regulatory compliance at scale. Lead scheduling, HR, and vendor relationships while ensuring HIPAA and JCAHO compliance across all administrative activities. Collaborate with clinicians and office staff to deliver compassionate client service and accurate medical records management.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and supervise daily office operations including scheduling and patient management to ensure a smooth workflow
- 2Design and manage budgeting, billing, AR/AP, and financial reporting using Microsoft Office and medical billing software
- 3Lead HR functions including hiring, training, evaluations, and staff development in healthcare settings
- 4Ensure HIPAA and JCAHO compliance across administrative activities and maintain secure EHR/EMR systems
- 5Coordinate with providers on acute care or hospital requirements and facilitate utilization management and managed care processes
- 6Monitor office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations to optimize efficiency
- 7Drive quality assurance initiatives related to medical records, billing accuracy, and compliance audits
- 8Foster exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- 9Oversee accuracy of medical records and EHR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix
- 10Lead cross functional collaboration to support team communication and patient management

- 1Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management
- 2Supervisory experience managing healthcare teams
- 3Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards
