What You'll Do7

- 3Verify insurance benefits, collect co-pays, and coordinate with the billing team to reduce claim denials.
- 4Train and onboard new front-desk staff on SimplePractice and office procedures.
- 5Maintain clinician schedules and coordinate coverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 6Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships to control costs.
- 7Implement a new client feedback system to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Requirements6
