Overview
As Office Manager, you will own daily operations for a growing home care agency in Raleigh, NC. You will coordinate caregiver schedules, manage client coverage, and ensure EVV and compliance standards are met. Working with Medicaid programs including PCS and CAP/DA or CAP/C, you will handle hiring, onboarding, and employee files. What You'll Do10
- 1Manage daily home care office operations, from scheduling to client coverage.
- 2Coordinate caregiver and CNA schedules to ensure coverage for all clients.
- 3Assist with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee files, using EVV systems.
- 4Communicate with clients, caregivers, families, and case managers to resolve issues and update plans.
- 5Monitor EVV, timesheets, missed visits, and scheduling issues to prevent gaps in care.
- 6Maintain client and employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- 7Assist with Medicaid and insurance administrative requirements, including tracking authorizations.
- 8Help maintain compliance with agency policies and state requirements, preparing for audits.
- 9Handle telephone calls, emails, filing, and other administrative duties.
- 10Support management with audits, reports, and quality-assurance activities.
Requirements7
- 1Previous home care, home health, healthcare, or Medicaid office experience preferred.
- 2Office management or supervisory experience preferred.
- 3Strong computer skills, including scheduling and EVV systems.
- 4Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- 5Ability to multitask and handle staffing issues professionally.
- 6Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- 7Knowledge of NC Medicaid PCS and/or CAP/DA or CAP/C programs is a strong plus.
