What You'll Do8

  • 1Answer phones and greet clients with a professional and warm demeanor
  • 2Assist new and existing clients with Medicare enrollment and plan changes
  • 3Sell Health Insurance and Medicare products to qualified leads
  • 4Maintain client files and update records in the agency management system
  • 5Coordinate with carriers to resolve coverage issues and claims questions
  • 6Support the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks and reporting
  • 7Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • 8Document all client interactions in the CRM within 24 hours

Requirements7

  • 11+ years in customer service, sales, or administrative support
  • 2Active Health Insurance License in North Carolina, or willingness to obtain sponsorship
  • 32+ years using Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • 4High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or healthcare a plus
  • 5Reliable transportation to the Raleigh office for daily in-person work
  • 6Ability to pass a background check and obtain state insurance license within 90 days of hire
  • 7Proficiency in explaining complex health plan options to seniors with empathy
