Overview
Provide facilities administration support at Merry Maids of North Houston in Houston Texas. This role owns data entry system updates payroll processing and appointment confirmation. Deliver team daily routes and assist with hiring processes.
What You'll Do5
- 1Complete daily close out process inputting time spent at customer homes mileage updating customer information weekly payroll submission and accounts payable updates
- 2Create and update schedules providing daily appointments and routes while generating ancillary revenue through additional services
- 3Assist with new hire paperwork orientation and training while supporting HR compliance tasks like filing associate documents I-9s and safety training
- 4Answer phones direct calls and confirm customer appointments while preparing laundry for the next day
- 5Serve as team member or solo cleaner adapting to fast-paced environment
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED plus two years customer service experience
- 2Strong personal time management and organizational skills
- 3Verbal and written communication abilities dependable adaptability and ability to drive to customer homes
- 4Proficiency differentiating cleaning products reading instructions and understanding Microsoft Office applications
- 52-5 years experience with cleaning systems and knowledge of CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified Kubernetes
