You will own the cleaning experience for Molly Maid customers in Dallas, delivering spotless homes and earning tips. You will work on a team of 2-3, driving a company car to appointments. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Full-time with a stable schedule and performance bonuses.
What You'll Do8
- 1Clean customer homes using the Molly Maid process to delight every customer.
- 2Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, showing you care about their home.
- 3Maintain cleaning equipment and keep the company car stocked with supplies like cleaning solutions and microfiber cloths.
- 4Work as a team member with a customer service focus and a great attitude.
- 5Drive the team safely to appointments and manage the schedule (team lead role).
- 6Perform physical tasks like bending, lifting, and moving furniture up to 25 pounds.
- 7Follow safety procedures and use color-coded cloths to prevent cross-contamination.
- 8Ensure each home meets Molly Maid quality standards before leaving.
Requirements7
- 1Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
- 2Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 3Ability to pass a background check.
- 4Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including standing, kneeling, and lifting.
- 5Available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- 61+ years of professional cleaning or related experience preferred.
- 7Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
