What You'll Do6
- 1Clean customer homes using Molly Maid's step-by-step process to ensure each home exceeds expectations.
- 2Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, showing genuine care for their home.
- 3Maintain cleaning equipment and keep the company car stocked with supplies.
- 4Work as a team member to complete each assignment efficiently and effectively.
- 5Drive the team safely to appointments when serving as team lead, managing the schedule to arrive on time.
- 6Follow all safety and quality standards during every clean.
