Overview
You will own the full house cleaning process for residential clients, turning dirty homes into spotless spaces. You work on a team, using our proven process and all supplies provided. This role gives you stable full-time hours, no nights or weekends, and control over your pay through performance bonuses. You advance your skills with paid training and receive a company car for work travel.
What You'll Do8
- 1Clean customer homes to Molly Maid standards, following our detailed process to delight every client.
- 2Communicate warmly and professionally with customers, making them feel you care about their home and earning tips.
- 3Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with supplies for each appointment.
- 4Drive the team safely to homes, arriving on time and managing the daily schedule as team lead.
- 5Perform physical tasks like bending, lifting, and reaching during cleaning, with attention to detail.
- 6Build rapport with customers and teammates, contributing to a positive team environment.
- 7Complete all assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled time, ensuring quality and speed.
- 8Adapt to different home environments and cleaning needs, learning new techniques as needed.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience, or equivalent skills.
- 2Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 3Pass a background check and physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
- 4Available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- 5Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 6Ability to communicate with clients; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- 7Own smartphone for scheduling and communication purposes.
