What You'll Do8
- 1Clean assigned homes to Merry Maids quality standards, ensuring each room meets the checklist.
- 2Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- 3Forge rapport with clients by delivering friendly, professional service during each visit.
- 4Collaborate with teammates to complete larger deep-cleaning projects efficiently.
- 5Adapt to varying client needs, handling special requests with a can-do attitude.
- 6Maintain your cleaning kit and restock supplies to stay productive throughout the day.
- 7Track your route between homes, using your own vehicle punctually and safely.
- 8Log completed tasks and report any issues to your supervisor at day's end.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel housekeeping (or similar).
- 2Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to client homes.
- 3Available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–5:30 PM for full-time work.
- 4Able to bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), reach, and stay active during extended periods.
- 5Comfortable in homes with pets, including dogs and cats.
- 6Demonstrated punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- 7Willingness to complete paid training and follow Merry Maids protocols.
- 8Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
