What You'll Do16
- 1Serve as trusted advisor to Partners-in-Charge and firm leadership on operations and strategy
- 2Partner with leadership to align administrative services with client demands
- 3Oversee daily office functions including reception conference services mail and digital services
- 4Lead and manage administrative and legal support teams including performance evaluations and training
- 5Manage staffing strategy recruitment and workforce planning
- 6Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with HR
- 7Foster inclusive workplace culture and support employee retention
- 8Drive change management initiatives and technology adoption
- 9Ensure seamless event coordination and facility management
- 10Handle workplace health safety compliance and risk management
- 11Manage administrative budget forecasting and cost optimization
- 12Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- 13Oversee community relations and charitable initiatives
- 14Leverage data to monitor performance and improve outcomes
- 15Support partner meetings and office leadership activities

Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum 10 years experience including 5 years supervisory role
- 2Law firm or professional services background required
- 3Proven ability to work discreetly with confidential information
