What You'll Do5
- 1Collaborate with the external CPA to manage payroll and billing, producing reports and year-end financial statements.
- 2Maintain personnel records and coordinate HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management.
- 3Administer employee benefits and retirement plans, acting as the primary liaison for benefit providers and brokers.
- 4Oversee IT and office vendors, ensuring internal platforms and equipment operate without interruption.
- 5Drive special projects as assigned, applying business operations expertise to improve firm efficiency.
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- 2Private law firm experience and legal administrative background required.
- 35+ years in office management or administration, with solid understanding of business operations and accounting principles.
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and HRIS systems.
- 5Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, organized approach and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
