What You'll Do9

  • 1Supervise a regional team of Office Administrators and staff, ensuring consistency with firm policies and service standards across all offices.
  • 2Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions for the primary office, covering facilities, vendor relationships, and office space planning.
  • 3Serve as the primary communication link between regional offices and national leadership, providing regular updates and operational insights.
  • 4Mentor and develop Office Administrators, supporting hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
  • 5Drive annual performance and compensation reviews for direct reports and support staff, aligning with firm-wide guidelines.
  • 6Partner with the Director of Office Administration to implement firm-wide initiatives and process improvements across the region.
  • 7Own regional budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
  • 8Collaborate with IT to ensure consistent technology implementation, support, and adoption across offices.
  • 9Promote a culture of high-quality client service, ensuring administrative functions support firm client-facing goals.

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • 210+ years of administrative or operations management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • 3Proven experience managing multiple locations or teams across a region.
  • 4Financial insight and experience managing budgets.
  • 5Strong leadership and ability to manage and develop Office Administrators across multiple offices.
  • 6Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • 7Strong communication and relationship-building skills with attorneys, staff, and firm leadership.
  • 8Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and capacity for independent decision-making.
