OEM Area Sales Manager, Electrical Sales

You will lead a team of EOEM and MOEM sales engineers for Eaton's North America Electrical Sales Division, driving growth in sales and market share across the Nashville and Smyrna region. What You'll Do7

Requirements10
- 17+ years of electrical industry sales, marketing, or engineering experience.
- 2Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; business, electrical, or mechanical engineering preferred.
- 3Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.
- 4Reside within 50 miles of Nashville, TN or Smyrna, GA (no relocation offered).
- 5Prior people management experience, preferably with sales teams and distributor channels.
- 6Superior knowledge of sales techniques, customer relations, and employee development.
- 7Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and solve complex problems.
- 8Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflict in difficult sales situations.
- 9Proven track record of growing sales and market share in a B2B environment.
- 10Ability to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
