- 10Enter new customer data into CRM
- 11Investigate and resolve delivery issues
- 12Visit customer sites for reviews and application assessments
- 13Develop action plans for account growth
- 14Provide quotes and process orders from multiple channels
- 15Consult with Sales on technical and commercial matters
- 16Assist with accurate transactions and industry-specific product info
- 17Recommend power and fluid power products
- 18Utilize telephone sales to create value-added offerings
- 19Expand customer relationships and increase business
- 20Handle RGAs credits and complaints
- 21Perform other projects as assigned
Requirements16
- 1Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years business-to-business customer service experience
- 2Ability to read business periodicals and technical procedures
- 3Write reports and correspondence
- 4Present information effectively to managers and clients
- 5Calculate discounts commissions and percentages
- 6Learn technical products and apply algebra geometry concepts
- 7Analyze YoY trends using Pareto analysis
- 8Know Outlook Navision and Salesforce CRM
- 9Use MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Access
- 10Interpret written oral diagrams schedules
- 11Solve practical problems with limited standardization
- 12Travel to customers up to 20% of time
