What You'll Do9
- 1Lead delivery teams across labor and delivery operating rooms and inpatient units
- 2Provide comprehensive antenatal counseling and intrapartum management

- 4Collaborate with residents medical students and fellows on complex cases
- 5Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance maternal outcomes
- 6Participate in departmental educational activities simulation grand rounds and diversity workshops
- 7Mentor junior physicians and contribute to curriculum development
- 8Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
- 9Contribute to research publications and evidence-based practice guidelines
Requirements11
- 15+ years building obstetric care programs using Spark and Airflow platforms
- 2Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology eligible for NY Medical License
- 3DEA License and proficiency in electronic health record systems
- 4Strong leadership demonstrated through team training and quality metrics
- 5Commitment to social justice evidenced by experience in underserved populations
- 6Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- 7Research experience publishing in top-tier journals related to maternal-fetal medicine
- 8Certification in patient safety or similar accreditation preferred
- 9Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
