Overview
You own the technical implementation and configuration of o9 Solutions for global supply chain clients. You lead a team of o9 Configuration Consultants, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. You bridge business needs and technical design, working with Client Success teams to align planning workflows. The role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX, offering direct client exposure and leadership ownership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Configure o9 Solutions planning modules to meet client supply chain requirements.
- 2Customize planning workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces within o9.
- 3Lead a team of o9 Configuration Consultants, assigning tasks and reviewing output.
- 4Partner with Client Success teams to gather requirements and translate them into o9 designs.
- 5Optimize planning configurations to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
- 6Drive testing cycles, document configurations, and support user acceptance testing.
- 7Mentor junior o9 consultants on platform features and best practices.
- 8Resolve complex configuration issues during implementation and hyper-care phases.
Requirements6
- 15+ years implementing o9 Solutions for supply chain planning.
- 2Expertise in o9 configuration including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
- 3Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation in o9.
- 4Proven leadership experience managing technical consultants.
- 5Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 6Ability to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%).
