Functional o9 Lead, Supply Chain Planning
Overview
As our Functional o9 Lead, you will own the o9 platform scope for Postponement and MEIO initiatives, driving go-live stability and design execution. You will collaborate with EP COE, business stakeholders, and technical teams at CTS, based onsite in Menlo Park, CA. This role combines hypercare support through the full SKU ramp with leading the MEIO design kickoff in H2. You will be the bridge between business requirements and o9 configuration, ensuring OK2USE by the end of September.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead o9 configuration and design for Postponement and MEIO workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- 2Drive hypercare support through 9/30, managing the full SKU ramp and stabilizing the system for OK2USE.
- 3Coordinate MEIO design kickoff in H2, collaborating with EP COE and business leads to define requirements.
- 4Translate business needs into o9 functional specs and validate solutions with technical teams.
- 5Oversee testing cycles, including GTK testing from 9/6, and resolve gaps to meet go-live targets.
- 6Document functional processes and train super users on o9 capabilities.
- 7Proactively identify risks in the postponement and MEIO timelines and propose mitigation plans.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of functional consultancy experience with o9 platform, specifically in supply chain planning.
- 2Hands-on experience with Postponement and MEIO modules in o9.
- 33+ years working in a lead role on complex implementations with full SKU ramp-ups.
- 4Strong background in demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain processes.
- 5Proven ability to manage hypercare support and ensure system stability under tight deadlines.
- 6Excellent stakeholder management skills, bridging business and technical teams.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; o9 certification is a plus.
