O9 Implementation Program Lead
Overview
Own the o9 implementation as the client-side program lead, coordinating internal stakeholders and the implementation team to align delivery with business objectives. Oversee scope, milestones, and outcomes across the full lifecycle. Leverage prior o9 experience to guide the integration and ensure the solution meets operational needs. Drive decision-making and escalation management to keep the program on track.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the o9 implementation program as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and the implementation team.
- 2Represent client interests in all implementation planning sessions, steering scope, milestones, and outcomes.
- 3Oversee the o9 solution configuration and integration, working with technical teams to resolve gaps.
- 4Drive stakeholder communication and change management to foster adoption across the organization.
- 5Manage risks and issues, escalating to leadership as needed to protect business continuity.
- 6Track program progress against the roadmap, reporting on metrics to executive sponsors.
- 7Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for end users on o9.
- 8Ensure the implementation meets SLAs and performance targets post-go-live.
Requirements7
- 15+ years managing supply chain or planning implementations, with at least 2 full o9 deployments.
- 2Deep functional knowledge of o9 modules, including demand planning and supply planning.
- 3Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- 4Strong project management skills with PMP or Scrum certification preferred.
- 5Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.
- 6Experience with data migration and integration tools such as SQL, ETL, and REST APIs.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA a plus.
