Requirements10

  • 1Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program
  • 2ASN or higher required
  • 3Active Maryland RN license
  • 4Current AHA BLS/CPR certification
  • 5Five to seven years nursing experience in LTC, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation
  • 6Minimum two years in nursing leadership or supervisory role
  • 7Previous management experience required
  • 8Strong clinical knowledge of geriatric, subacute, rehabilitation, or memory care populations
  • 9Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, residents, and families
  • 10Willingness to travel occasionally
