Nurse Assistant, Neuro PCU Night Shift at Banner Health

What You'll Do9
- 1Provide activities of daily living support and promote patient comfort
- 2Collect vital signs, intake/output, and other data and document in the medical record
- 3Communicate patient status and treatment responses to licensed professionals
- 4Perform delegated procedures and use equipment under supervision
- 5Handle receptionist and clerical tasks to support unit operations
- 6Maintain complete patient records, ensure charting forms are accessible, and assist with orders and supplies
- 7Manage supplies and monitor electronic equipment such as patient ID scanners and laptops
- 8Assist with patient transport and operating room turnover as assigned
- 9Contribute to a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Current BLS certification
- 3Current CNA license in state of practice
- 41 year of medical clerical, hospital, or physician office experience preferred
- 5Strong organizational, communication, and computer literacy skills
- 6Ability to pass ECG interpretation or EEG interpretation requirements as applicable
- 7Arizona fingerprint clearance card for certain Banner sites as required
- 8In Tucson, CNA licensure required for new hires
- 9Ability to work night shifts and 3 12-hour shifts per week with weekend/holiday rotation
- 10Must be able to perform duties in a fast-paced clinical setting
