Overview
The NextGen Job Premarital Program Coordinator supports Asian American young adults through job readiness services and premarital relationship education. What You'll Do9
- 1Recruit and engage Korean and Chinese American young adults for the NextGen program
- 2Provide job readiness services including career counseling and resume development
- 3Facilitate premarital relationship education workshops and related activities
- 4Conduct outreach and community engagement to increase program awareness
- 5Maintain participant records and prepare program reports
- 6Assist with program planning and evaluation
- 7Collaborate with staff and community partners for event support
- 8Represent KCSC at community meetings and networking events
- 9Manage multiple projects including data collection and deadline tracking
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2Strong understanding of Korean and/or Chinese American communities
- 3Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 5Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
