What You'll Do9

  • 1Recruit and engage Korean and Chinese American young adults for the NextGen program
  • 2Provide job readiness services including career counseling and resume development
  • 3Facilitate premarital relationship education workshops and related activities
  • 4Conduct outreach and community engagement to increase program awareness
  • 5Maintain participant records and prepare program reports
  • 6Assist with program planning and evaluation

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2Strong understanding of Korean and/or Chinese American communities

  • 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
